Our mission is to support Individuals living with any Mental Illnesses and/or Substance Abuse Challenges. We want to help them lead exceptional lives by developing their minds to perform on an exceptional level. In doing so, the transition back to normalcy will be an exceptional experience for both the client and the agency.

Once your appointment is set, you are ready to begin treatment. Our LMHPs will then conduct an assessment, score it, develop a treatment plan with you, and request authorization for services from your insurance. LMHPs also provide psychotherapy as needed.

You will be referred to an external trusted psychiatric provider for a psych evaluation and/or medication management.

Our MHPs are skilled in providing behavior interventions and counseling. This helps you understand what you're going through and allow you to address your challenges. They also do a lot of case management, as we like to take a holistic approach to your care.

The MHS will work with you on coping skills and other skills building. This along with medication will help you manage your symptoms better and provide you with the tools to function.

The Outreach Team is here to effectively communicate with you and the community. Their goal is to advocate for mental health/substance use and to erase the stigma associated with it. In some cases they will reach out to you first. They will also periodically follow-up with you to ensure we meet your expectations.
